GREGORY C. LATHROP, Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Investment Counselor, Member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Arkansas. Greg is President of LIMC and sole owner since founding the company in 1981. In 1969, he received his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin; he completed course work on an M.B.A. at St. Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas, in 1973. In 1976, Greg completed the 3 year National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
 
Prior Experience - Vice President and Trust Investment Department Manager, Worthen Bank and Trust Company, N.A., Little Rock, Arkansas - $500 million Trust Division; Established and implemented investment policy for all accounts; managed all accounts over $1 million in size including $50 million in Employee Benefit Accounts, 3 Collective Funds and a wide variety of other accounts. (1973 to 1981)
 
Assistant Trust Investment Officer; National Bank of Commerce, San Antonio, Texas; management of personal trust, pension and collective funds. (1970 to 1973)

ANDREW A. LaGRONE, Senior Portfolio Manager and Analyst (December 1999 to present); Andy is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He is a member of the CFA Institute and a member and past president and director of the CFA Society of Arkansas. He received his B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of Arkansas in 1984.
 
Prior Experience - Vice President and Senior Equity Analyst with investment banker Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc. from 1995 to 1999, Chief Financial Officer with investment banker Hill, Crawford & Lanford, Inc. from 1986 to 1995, and Staff Auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP from 1984 to 1986.

J. WESLEY HAVENS, Portfolio Manager and Analyst for LIMC (June 2001 to present). Wes earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of CFA Institute and CFA Society of Arkansas. Wes received his B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2000 and his M.B.A. from the U of A in 2001.
 
Prior Experience - Prior to joining LIMC, Wes served as a financial analyst within a division of United Technologies, a Fortune 500 company and a member of the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

RENEE L. ROGERS, Senior Administrator for LIMC (September 2000 to present). She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
 
Prior Experience - Renee held a variety of positions with Timber Ridge Group, a private health rehabilitation company from 1987 until joining LIMC. Responsibilities included payroll, accounts payable, cash management and telephone and voice mail administration. Renee also assisted the President/CEO, the Controller/CFO and the human resource and billing departments. Positions with Spivey Chevrolet in Benton, Arkansas, from 1992 to 1993 and with Brandon House Furniture of Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1996 added sales and additional cashier and accounts receivable experience.

TERRY L. LYONS, Administrator for LIMC (October 2010 to present). She attended Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR from 1973 – 1975.
 
Prior Experience – Prior to joining LIMC, Terry worked for Flake, Kelley & Rogers Real Estate as an administrative assistant to several property managers as well as resident manager for the Rock Street Lofts in downtown Little Rock from 2007-2010. Prior to joining Flake, Kelley & Rogers, she worked for Frost, PLLC in Little Rock. Terry worked for Weston Real Estate Development Firm (Memphis, TN) from 1988-2006. While at Weston, she served as office manager handling all personnel files, insurance issues, payroll issues, and new employee hiring. She also served as administrative assistant to three property managers, the CFO and Controller. Terry compiled and wrote two property management operations manuals, compiled multiple emergency procedures manuals, and served on the disaster relief committee for the company.
